REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Return items must be unopened, sealed, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels. Five days from receipt of products.

RETURN REFUSALS
Power of the Flower reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. Power of the Flower will not accept the return of damaged, consumed, used, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.

RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES
If you wish to return an item to us simply let us know and we will do everything we can to help make the process fast and easy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We are human! In the event that Power of the Flower ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.

RESTOCKING FEE
Returns of items that received Free Shipping are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Returns of items over $149 that received Free 2 Day shipping are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Returns of orders over 5lbs or orders totaling over $499 are subject to a $30 restocking fee.

MISC. RETURN INFORMATION
Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping, or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.
